 1. What is your refund, resend policy?
At OptiChoice.org, we offer refunds, resends under specific conditions. If you encounter any issues with your order, please contact us as soon as you acknowledge the issue, we ensure you that we work our best to ensure a smooth issue resolution process.

2. How your store deals with products damaged during shipment?
If you receive a damaged product, please provide clear photos or videos indicating that the delivered product is damaged.
We offer full refunds or replacements for severely damaged items.

For minor damages (except thread, slightly wrinkled, small scratches etc), a partial refund or replacement will be provided based on the extent of the damage.


Please be informed that as our store offers free shipping on its orders, in case of refund under any of the of the above mentioned cases, shipping charges paid to courier is non-refundable,so the refundable amount will be the product's value minus the shipping cost.
Notes:

  • For damaged packing boxes, we don't offer any refunds or other after-sale services due to the long-distant international delivery.
  • For ordinary, electronic products, you can report us any issues to us within maximum 30 days after packages are delivered to you.



3. What should I do if I receive the wrong product or an item is missing?
We undertake stringent quality control processes before products are dispatched, however we deal with incorrect or missing products as follows:

  • If you receive an incorrect product or find that an item is incorrect, please contact us with the details, including a photo,We offer a full refund or replacement for incorrect items.
  • For minor issues such as receiving the wrong color or size that do not affect the product’s function,etc. our store offers a refund or resend.
  • If essential parts that affect the product function are missing, we will resend the product.
  • If the missing parts dont affect the product function, our store may refund partially or resend the missing part.


 4. What happens if my order is delayed?
Orders are considered delayed if they lack tracking information, are in transit, or are pending after 60 days upon departure from our warehouses.
(45 days for the USA, 110 days for Brazil) from when they were shipped. In such cases, you are eligible to open a complaint for further assistance. Please note that delays may sometimes occur due to customs clearance or other factors beyond our control.

 5. What if I don’t receive my order?
If the tracking information shows that your order has been delivered but you haven't received it, we cannot offer a refund or resend. In such cases, you may need to provide a non-delivery certification from your local post office with an official seal to support your claim. We recommend checking with your local post office first.

6. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order for a full refund before it is processed by our warehouse. However, certain orders, such as customized items, special preorders, and personalized services, cannot be canceled once payment has been made, as these are specifically prepared for you.

 7. How long does shipping take?
Shipping typically takes between 10 to 30 business days, depending on your location. Delivery times can vary due to factors such as customs clearance or local postal service efficiency. We strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but please allow for potential delays during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.

8. What payment methods do you accept?
OptiChoice.org accepts PayPal for all transactions. PayPal offers secure and reliable payment processing, ensuring that your financial information is protected. Additionally, PayPal provides buyer protection on eligible purchases, offering you peace of mind.

9. How do I  make a complaint?
To make a complaint, please contact us directly through the online chat on our website. Provide any necessary documentation, such as photos, videos, or screenshots of the issue, along with your order details. Our customer service team is dedicated to resolving issues promptly and will work with you to find a satisfactory solution.
